Morkie Male, 8 wks. old - Companion Puppies in Durham, NC

The Morkie is a toy breed created by crossing a Maltese and a Yorkshire Terrier. Our Yorkies are descendants of the rare Biewer AKC tri-colour breed, whose coloring is primarily white with black and brown markings. They are affectionate, friendly, clever, highly trainable and amazingly adorable. The coat is long, straight, silky and feels like a bag of cotton balls!His mother Talulah is a primarily white & black tri-colour Yorkshire Terrier at about 6.5 lbs. His father is Lucas, a black point pure white Maltese therapy dog, and is about 5.5 lbs.We call this young male "G" for Giovanni. He was born 11/8/16 along with two male litter mates. He will be ready for his forever home on 1/31/17. By that date all of his vet checks will be completed. De-worming is done weekly starting at 6 weeks, vaccinations at 6, 9 & 12 weeks. He is being well socialized with other household dogs and family & friends.
